Easy Micro Wave Peanut Brittle

Last Night Jimmy and I made 16 discs of Peanut Brittle in the Microwave.

So easy and so good.

Recipe:

1 cup of sugar in a microwable 2 quart dish

1/2 white Karo Syrup

cook on high for 4 munutes

1 cup of peanuts

cook on high for 2 minutes

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp butter

cook on high for 1 minute

Add 1 tsp baking soda and stir till light and fluffy..

One cooking and be put into 2 tin pie plates to cool. (can be 8" or 9")

After cool...put into a gallon zip log bag and just drop to the counter..

It easily cracks in to bite size pieces..
