Forest Ridge by Polygon Homes in the Issaquah Highlands experienced explosive growth in 2012 with steadily increasing prices. I posted a positive public review of my professional experience with Polygon recently, which I’ve shared below.

Popular Issaquah Highlands Location near Grand Ridge Plaza
Forest Ridge currently consists of 86 lots - several of which back up to a permanent green belt - a protected wetland. At least 22 lots will enjoy spectacular views to the west, overlooking Issaquah, towards the Olympic Mountains.
Shopping at the future Grand Ridge Plaza is only be a short walk away - including a new Safeway and 14-screen Regal Cinema movie theater.
Strong Demand and Rising Prices
Polygon started home construction at Forest Ridge in early 2012. As of the date of this blog post (December 14, 2012), there were 38 homes entered into the MLS during 2012 - presently consisting of only ONE “active” listing, 9 pending listings, and 28 homes already sold and closed.
The first closing of the popular “Residence 1” floorplan was in July with a final price of $369,990. However, the most recent pending sale of that same floorplan was today, at $475,990 - a whopping $106,000 dollar increase since July - or a 28.6% increase in only six months! I recently visited Forest Ridge during the closing of my client’s home, and was amazed to see several new homes with foundations being poured. With only one active listing for sale, clearly the demand for Polygon at Forest Ridge will remain exceptionally strong.
Review of My Experience with Polygon Homes
My clients were excited to close on their new home at the Highlands earlier this month. During the inspection and walkthrough, I was so impressed with the finishing quality of the home, that I posted the following review on Polygon Northwest’s website:
"A note to express my appreciation and "congratulations" to Polygon for the impeccable job that was done in preparing my client's new home for closing today at Forest Ridge @ Issaquah Highlands. With over 15 years of personal and professional experience in new construction, I can honestly say that I've NEVER seen a new home so clean and well-prepared - inside and out.
It's not uncommon for there to be "loose-ends" associated with new construction - which can be "worrisome" for a first-time home buyer. I'm pleased to say, that was not at all the case here, for which I am very appreciative.
I make an effort to call attention to "exceptional performance." So... "Thank You" - seriously! Please pass along my thanks to the Polygon crew for the "finishing touches" and their helpful nature."
