Avalon Terrace Subdivision - Pearland, Texas
The Avalon Terrace Subdivision in Pearland is one of my favorite communities! This subdivision is located off of 518 on the west side. Just minutes from a couple grocery stores, the Pearland Dad's Club and the fabulous Pearland Town Center, Avalon Terrace provides recently constructed houses and great amenities close to it all! In addition, there are only a couple of entrances to Avalon Terrace which allows a certain amount of privacy to its residents!
Another one of my favorite features of Avalon Terrace are the community amenities it offers!
At the front of the entrance to Avalon Terrace, you will find a great play ground - PERFECT for children.
Benches and trees line the play area making it a comfortable resting spot as well! There is also plenty of room for exercising as well. Its actually very common to see neighbors out walking, running or spending time with family in the evening!
Did I mention the beautiful recreation area?!
Avalon Terrace maintains a wonderful pool area for its residents. There is a great splash pad (see picture) that is perfect for younger children who may not want to swim in the deeper section!
The larger pool area offers plenty of room to play and relax! Life guards are also on duty at all times the pool is open which gives peace of mind to families!
