 This two story 3 bedroom 2 bath home featured a covered RV storage as a plus. When I began to show relocation buyers homes for sale in Lake Charles the buyers specified their need for RV storage.

Many new Lake Charles subdivisions are restricted with HOA covenants that prohibit RVs, boats, sheds etc. In order to meet the buyers needs, the selection of homes was narrow. 129 Vanessa was a perfect fit for the buyers!

 Closing was a smooth one and on time which is unusual for this time of year! These new residents and homeowners be moving in just in time for Christmas!
