Excellent write up from my office on some of the ins and outs of the Bellevue luxury real estate market. Bellevue has some of the most amazing waterfront property and no wonder parts of it are called the Gold Coast!
If you don't know where Bellevue is think MICROSOFT.
To be exact, Redmond, WA is the headquarters of the global software developer but Microsoft founder Bill Gates lives in Bellevue. Redmond city limits touch Bellevue. Beautiful homes in Bellevue sell well and in the last 180 days twenty homes priced above $800,000 SOLD ranging in price from $987,000 on up to $5,404,000. Just about any type of property changes hands quickly in Bellevue. In most communities there's a good mix of old and new construction plus updated homes all over from people investing in living close to the office.
Communities like Lake Sammamish, Newport Shores & Meydenbauer all offer stunning properties and luxurious living. Great schools and all the shopping one can wish for next to fine dining and plenty of parks. Bellevue Square offers the best Bellevue mall with many of the Rodeo Drive stores and nest to it is the Lincoln Tower with multiplex movie theater and Lucky Strike bowling alley. Many Seattle luxury homes surround this region.
Average Cost Per Square Foot

The second to most expensive home SOLD in the community of Enatai and the home is 2,800 square feet with three bedrooms and three & three quarter baths. The property SOLD for $4,600,000 with the cost per square foot at a wopping $1,642.86. Maybe your neighbor...Microsoft's Bill Gates, will wave hello on his way out to save the World.
