Christmas has passed by and we have been thrilled by the season. We have celebrated the Savior’s nativity with family and friends. Gift-giving, shopping, and merry-making are on top of everyone’s activity aside from the usual church activities we have!
The cool blows of the Yuletide winds are not yet over. With 5 more days before 2012 comes to an end, let us be more optimistic that the coming year will be full of more blessings – both for our personal and professional lives. We should be thankful for what the closing year had brought us, even if there are problems that somehow made us shaken. They contributed to make us better and will help us be more confident of the problems that will still come our ways.
In a few more days, the sounds of trumpets and everything loud will echo everywhere. The night sky fill soon be filled with beautiful fireworks of different colors and patterns. These will be parts of many countdowns to be staged on many parts of the country. In several areas, concerts and parties will again be held as part of the festive mood to welcome the New Year.
Whatever we have experienced, whoever we are, and wherever we may be when 2012 closes and 2013 opens – let us all look forward for a blessed and productive New Year!
