Loneliness has always been a friend of mine who helped me to discover who I am... Being alone lets you revele who you really are in life. It's that time when you can let your guard down, and look within yourself who you really are. When was the last time you truly had alone time with yourself?
I try to take time at least once a week to just relax by myself, it's a good time to reflect and just think. I'm always so busy with family and work that if I never had time for just myself I'd lose my grounding.
I didn't have enough alone time over Christmas, that's for sure! Busiest house in the city I don't doubt. Great quote though, being alone with your thoughts truly is a good moment, although if it happens too often you may begin to overthink things.
To be able to quiet down and think is vital at times. I fully endorse a little alone time. :)
