New Libertyville Community Garden - Libertyville Gardens

A new Libertyville community garden has been approved by Libertyville trustees.

The community garden will be located at The Chapel, 1200 American Way, Libertyville IL 60048.

From the Libertyville Patch:

"The Chapel, the Village of Libertyville and the Gardeners of Central Lake County are partnering together on the project.

The community garden will be located on the northeast corner of The Chapel's site. Dubbed "Libertyville Gardens," the community garden will include leased plots for $35 apiece, which will cover water and site costs.

Registration is tentatively set to start on March 1, with gardens being staked and open for gardening in late March/early April."
