Just got the HTC 8X Windows phone at the Microsoft Store in Danbury. My experience was envigorating which has compelled me to write this blog.
The environment in which a product is presented has influence beyond the sublime. Much like the service received at a dining establishment the in-store experience surpasses all other marketing stimuli.
The transfer process from my old phone to the Windows phone was seamless, the staff was knowledeable and engaging. The brilliant colors and white background of the retail space felt like fun...The phone itself is easy to navigate, is a slim lightweight design and has durable gorialla glass. The Windows system has a very short learning curve even for those non-tech savvy people. The ability to customize the screen along with the skydrive and NFC features add to the convenience of this product. The 16GB memory, front facing camera, app store and social media connectivity add even more value.
I also have the new Windows 8 operating system which nicely compliments the phone. This upgrade is surely competition to the Google platform which I have utilized for a few years. Everything integrates nicely and it gives me something new to learn. Technology is moving faster each moment and our ability to be flexible and adaptable will enhance our careers and float us down the everchanging stream.
