The Spring selling season has come early this year. There is a frenzy in the Rockville Centre market and we are seeing many properties going into contract and fewer homes entering the market.
Today in Rockville Centre there are only 72 homes in the Rockville Centre school district on the market actively for sale. This is a 25% reduction in the normal volume of homes for sale . This is creating buyer competition and the movement of homes into contract.
My advice for anyone thinking of selling is don't let this unique time in the market pass you by.
