Don't wait to long to buy, home prices increased approximately 7% in 2012, this was the biggest year over year home price increase in six years.  The housing market in all metropolitan areas in Los Angeles are experiencing a tight housing maret inventory.  According to Bloomberg, 88% of cities within the United States are experiencing a rise in home prices;at the same time Nationally we have a 22% decrease in housing inventory. 

Housing experts anticipate that hme prices will continue to rise in 2013!  The histrical low interest rates can not, and will not last forever.  If you have been thinking about buying a home, now is the time!  Don't wait too long to buy a home!
