Toll Brothers is has unveiled the design for the clubhouse at the new Bonita Lakes Development in Bonita Springs. Bonita Lakes is currently under construction, and will be a gated community of 268 homes on around 120 acres in North Bonita Springs.
The clubhouse at the new Bonita Lakes Development will include a resort style swimming pool with marked lap-lane, a spa/hot tub, and a separate shallow splash-zone for kids. There will also be a bocce ball court and lighted tennis courts adjacent to the clubhouse.
"The clubhouse is designed to complement the architecture of the homes at Bonita Lakes," said Kevin Brown, assistant vice president for Toll Brothers Florida West Division. "The amenities offer residents numerous options to get together with their neighbors and enjoy the Southwest Florida lifestyle."
Toll Brothers is offering 11 one- and two-story home designs, ranging from 2,058 to 4,354 square feet under air, with ten of the designs featuring a first floor master suite. Each design also features a choice of two- or three-car garage and four elevation options, meaning there are a total of 88 different configurations to choose from. On top of that, many of the home designs have flexible floor plan options and hundreds of options from the Toll Brothers Southwest Regional Design Studio, so each new home buyer can select the perfect mix of options to personalize their new home. Bonita Lakes will be far from a cookie-cutter community, and it looks like you would be hard pressed to find any two homes that are the same.
Bonita Lakes can be reached from exits 116 and 123 on Interstate 75, located off Imperial Parkway/Three Oaks Parkway between Coconut Road and Bonita Beach Road.
