Become Fascinated With 'The Rest Of The Story'
Rounding out the details, the missing pieces, the TOTAL FACTS AND TRUTH about something is not only fascinating and interesting but QUITE enlightening.
Do it with learning about both sides of a transaction, the history and particularly the CONDITION of a property. I had a property that had two build dates, something about a knocked over candle, and upon investigation learned the whole house burnt down and was rebuilt.
Steps to the rest of the story:
- Identify missing gaps in your knowledge
- Ask questions leading up to answers in this direction
- Listen carefully
- Ask follow up questions from listening
- Go back to step 3
You will be amazed sometimes how things are so NOT what you thought starting out....
There is ALWAYS more under the surface. LOOK and LEARN.
