Does anybody out there on active rain need an extra link to their website? Having real estate related websites linking to your site helps your google ranking. Of course one doesn't make it rise automatically , but more and more will help it rise to the top. The next issue is that you can't link farm. What that means is that you can't have a link to from your website and then link to the another person's website and vice versa. It should not be a circle of you linking to them and them linking to you.
Well the way around it is linking to a person that has multiple websites.
