Hanging in there...

Changing markets, changing contracts and changing minds.  This is Real Estate!  Our market is shifting, as is yours I am sure.  Since I started in Oklahoma Real Estate 4 years ago the one constant is change.  We have new contracts, just as I had become comfortable and fairly profecient with the other ones!  Buyers change their minds, Sellers change their minds and I am still hanging in there.  Through it all I have figured out that I like the challenges of Real Estate (residential that is...NOT COMMERCIAL!)
