As the chart above shows, since August of 2012 Fort Bend County (primarily Sugar Land) has less than 4 months of inventory on hand to meet the current demand of home buyers. In January 2013 we only had 2.7 months of inventory...a Sellers Market if ever there was one!

NOTE: Six months inventory is equilibrium...more than six months is a Buyers Market...under 6 months is a Sellers Market.
