Friends don't let friends, RENT!

Extra EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT!!!!

                                                 Fresh off the press, today in the Los Angeles Times article announced that California is the second most expensive state for rents! California is second only to, Hawaii!  I was a little surprised by this report, I would've imagined that New York rents would have surpassed California.  According to this article, that referenced the US Department of Housing and Urban Development statistics, a two-  bedroom rental at fair market value costs $1,341 per month in California.  In the Long Beach, Lakewood, Carson area, market value rents are significantly higher, most tenants with 2 bedrooms are paying closer to $1700 a month per rent. 

Do you have a friend that is paying around $1,700 a month in rent?  Friends don't let friends, RENT!  Tell your friend that they can now purchase a home for $300k with only 5% down (a conventional loan program with NO monthly mortgage insurance) for a total PITI payment of $1,700 a month!!
