Are people crazy? pick you neighbors

The public and REALTORS/ agents have been in this thing called the real estate cycle.  It started back in 2007, most of the public didn't listen to us then and ceretainly didn't listen last year, honestly!

What do I mean!!!

In a declining market (2007) a seller wouldn't sell the home for say $249,000 but six months later will sell for $189,000!

In a appreciating market (2012) a buyer won't get off the fence and pay $199,000 but will get into a bidding war with 10 other buyers at $260,000!

The public is at least 8 months behing the real estate trends compared to the full time educated real estate pro/ REALTOR!

There, I said it and it boggles my mind!  Why not buy low and sell high!!!

Thiniking of selling your San Diego Home?  Now is an awesome time, price's are way up over the last 12 months (as much as 80%) and I will get you multiple offers!  But act now, don't wait until prices go down again (see declining market above) call or email me now!

I think this happens because buyers and sellers are greedy at heart. They hold off thinking if I wait a bit I will bet a bigger bang for my buck...when reality sets in as in "it ain't going to happen my way" then they rush in to sell or buy... at a much more financial cost to them.
