How much have you earned or lost since November? If you had taken this advice back on November 19th and purchased any of these funds your profits were realized. PIMCO Real Estate Return Strategy Fund (PRRSX) is down slightly from the time of the original post. It had a hefty dip just after the original post although has muscled back and made gains of 3.45% year to date through February 28th. Many of these are ready to be sold although there are two Strong Buys and two Buy ratings which are still in this group. The returns have faired better than most traditional equity gains of real property purchase & sales however there is always a risk involved. The Rating below is the recommendation made through Zacks Investment Research.
