Hi Kathy,Home Managers live in luxury homes that are currently on the market to sell and pay a fraction of "normal" rental rates.
There are a few performance requirements, the program is not for everyone. Our Home managers must have good references and must own or be willing to purchase/rent attractive furnishings. They must be willing to have the home in 'show to sell' condition by appointment only.
The Home Manager program is a great way to help agents sell thier vacant listings, by staging them for free, while the vacant home is maintained by our managers.
Wonderful work grabbing another property to market, hope it moves quickly with a few referrals too.

Winston, I'm not sure what you are referring to by saying I grabbed another property to market. The owner of this property, with the recommendation of his listing agent, hired VIP to stage this condo with our Home Manager Program. Pretty smart... as the program is free to both Seller and agent. They get over $15,000 of free furnishings and accessories while we stage it like a model until it sells. A true win-win situation!
