Hall's Corner in Duxbury is the epicenter of commercial activity, and a central location that serves as a point of orientation to the delights and pleasures of this wonderful town.
Five streets meet at Hall's Corner in Duxbury. They join at a central island with a flag pole. Most drivers use proper rotary etiquette, which is to let cars to your left go first before you enter the roundabout. The other main rule is to be cautious!

Duxbury Wine & Spirits is on the east side. To the left is Washington Street, which runs up the northern waterfront from Standish Shores to Powder Point, the Gurnet Bridge and Duxbury Beach. To the right is Standish Shores and the "Nook", where Myles Standish built his homestead. Standish Shores is a peninsula, with waterfront on three sides.
The red brick building is home to the Hall's Corner stores. A deli, cleaners, and professional offices are located on three sides of the building. To the left, behind the central island of the rotary in the picture, runs Bay Road, which follows the southern half of the waterfront from Hall's Corner to Miramar, and from there to Kingston to the south.
Dunkin' Donuts is busy all day long! The road to the right is Depot Street, which runs up to Duxbury Town Hall. Foodie's, the local grocery store is in the next lot, along with one of the two post offices.
