Are you a manipulator? Real estate agents are the masters of manipulation. Some do it better than others, and there are many who lack the skill. It’s a skill. To me, it’s enjoyable. That doesn’t sound very professional, but it’s the truth.
Manipulating agents, clients and broker/owners makes the light at the end of the sometimes narrow tunnel widen tremendously. On a day of successful manipulation, the sun is shining brightly!!! It’s a shot of energy!!
The skill of manipulating without the other person actually feeling manipulated is truly a skill. It takes practice and may result in many errors that can easily be smoothed over!!
Without the mastery of this maneuver, there will always be a gap in your execution. The act of controlling, without control being detected, is a high that results in the desire to continue to utilize this technique. It’s a means that results in confidence, no matter what the challenge may be. Just saying….
