So far this year, overall home sales were at 16homes sold, a 735% change from this time last year. New Frisco Texas Real Estate listings changed 9% for the same period last year with 517 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 3% change with 1,246 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 26.5%, with 429 homes contracted.
