Grandma (Momma) Joan's Artichoke Dip From The Resident Chef's Kitchen

Ingredients

14 oz Can of Artichoke Hearts (Drained and Chopped)

½ Cup Green Onions (Chopped)

½ tsp Garlic Salt

½ tsp Parsley (Chopped)

½ tsp White Pepper

1 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

Paprika

Tortilla Chips or Crackers

(For variety, you can also add 1 cup of cooked spinach, chopped)

Method

Combine all ingredients except for paprika.

Spread in 1 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray
Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350^oF for 20-25 minutes or until completely hot and bubbly.

Serve with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.

Alternate Method

Combine all ingredients except for paprika.

Place in a crockpot, sprinkle with paprika and cook on low heat until hot(about 2 hours)
