Most people are aware that the 49ers Stadium (Levi’s Stadium) will be completed by the summer of 2014.  This is fantastic news for residents of Santa Clara who live around the stadium who wait with anticipation about the flurry of business activities and resulting increase in tax revenues for the city from the $1Billion+ project.  Business owners will want to buy homes near their businesses and the popularity of this destination location will fuel further demand for the area.  The Levi's Stadium and it's surrounding businesses will make residents rich.

Not only will the latest NFL Stadium come to town, Joe Montana and friends will build a 4 star luxury hotel across the street.  But now comes word that the City Council is in talks with  developer  Related California to build a 230 acre project on the Santa Clara Muni Golf and Tennis Complex across the street from the stadium.  This mixed use project will include shopping, entertainment and residential homes in the style of San Jose’s Santana Row.  All of these facilities and entertainment/shopping activities within walking distance from each other. This will be the ultimate entertainment/weekend destination for the Bay Area.   Just consider what the corner of  Winchester and Stevens Creek looked like before Santan Row came to town.  Now look at what it looks like on the weekends.  The Levi's Stadium is going to benefit Santa Clara Homeowners who live near there greatly.

What would this 230 acre mega location look like?   The developer Related’s 72 acre West Palm Beach Florida project called CityPlace may give residents of Santa Clara an idea of what is to come.

I can’t wait to go and spend money there.   How about you?

Great news Steve!  Atlanta has the green light for its new stadium though I still don't see anything wrong with the current stadium.  But if it brings progress and jobs, praise the Lord!  Best of GREAT success to you this year!
