Yolanda the rental market in Friendswood and Alvin are very limited. Home that are leased don't last long on the market.

Belinda, Friendswood is a very nice place to live. Easy access to Alvin, Pearland, and League City. Great place to be a Realtor at 4 cities all close together.

Debbie and Joni Thanks for the shout out!

Alexandra Friendswood is a great place to live. The municipality really regulates this community.

Good blog by you drumming hopefully some buysiness from folks who want to rent in Friendswood.

I have had way too many folks who want to lease here in Katy but for some unkown reason have no concept of the cost or market in Katy.

Same here... They say to me I want to rent something really nice for $800. I tell them that would be a cheap apartment for that amount.
