Market Update for Greenbrier Pines Subdivision, May 2013

 

 

Driving Interstate 81 to Interstate 64W, take exit 169 to Lewisburg, WV.  Less than four hours from Washington, DC; 2 hours from Tennessee, and 20 minutes from Covington, VA.  Welcome to Greenbrier Pines Subdivision, a superb residential community located within the city limits of historical downtown Lewisburg, a 221-year-old town with many 18th and 19th-century buildings, and a population under 5,000.  Lewisburg is nestled in the heart of the Greenbrier Valley, and is the county seat.    Read more about Greenbrier Pines Subdivision.

Greenbrier Pines real estate market for 2013 shows one home has sold.  The home, a foreclosure, sold in February for $191,820....4BR, 2BA, 2-car garage on .464 acres.

 

In February 2012, one house sold for $450,000....a two-story, all brick home with 5BRs, 4 baths, 2-car garage on 1.05 acres.  One home sold in 2011 and there were no sales in 2010.
