May 2013 Bucks County Real Estate Market Statistics: Langhorne Boro and Langhorne Manor Boro

Well, since I reported out on the real estate market in Newtown Township for May 2013 yesterday, I felt the need to cover Langhorne Boro today. I once again focused my research on homes sold (this time in Langhorne Boro and Langhorne Manor Boro) in the $150,000 to $750,000 range. This represents only residential listings as I excluded lots, land, farms, multi-family properties, and commercial properties. As my main source of business is residential properties, I focused my report on that area of real estate.

May 2013 Bucks County Real Estate Market Statistics: Langhorne Boro and Langhorne Manor Boro

1. There were 8 units listed in Langhorne Boro and Langhorne Manor Boro in May 2013. 

2. The average listing price in Langhorne Boro and Langhorne Manor Boro in the $150,000 to $750,000 range was $372,825.

3. There was 1 property pending in Langhorne Boro and Langhorne Manor Boro in May 2013.

4. There were 2 units sold in Langhorne Boro and Langhorne Manor Boro in May 2013.

5. The average sold price for May 2013 in Langhorne was $204,125.  

6. The average days on market (DOM) for Langhorne Boro and Langhorne Manor Boro in May 2013 was 63. For comparison purposes, Newtown Township's average DOM was 41.

7. For Langhorne in May 2013, the average original list price was $239,900. When compared against the average sold price of $204,125 (in #5), we see that sellers received 85% of the purchase price for May 2013 in Langhorne Boro and Langhorne Manor Boro.
