About Pikake
Pikake is a quiet neighborhood right next to Pua Kea golf course with great mountain views. Some parcels have golf course frontage and mountain views. Homes are newly built and not placed too close to each other. This is a great subdivision for walking, jogging, kids to play and for walking dogs. Most lots are really level and ready to build. Lot sizes available are ranging from 8,295 sq. ft. to 14,335 sq. ft.. Prices are ranging from $197,000 to $370,000.
Convenience of Living in Pikake
This subdivision is located right aside to Kukui Grove shopping center, Cost Co. and Home Depot. In Kukui Grove there are many ono (delicious) restaurants. One of them being the Deli & Bread connection. Fresh sandwiches, breads, and soups are served daily. Also in Kukui Grove is Star Market a local grocery store. Having a couple affordable grocery stores near by is very convenient.
Besides our public schools most private school on Kauai are located in Lihue. These private schools are Island school, Olelo Christian Academy and Kahili Adventist School outside of Lihue. Our islands only Community College is located in Lihue. Kauai Community College offers a variety of degrees and is known for their nursing program. Along with schools most job opportunities are located in Lihue. Our main hospital, airport, and more are located in Lihue.
