This month, for July's Cloudburst, Kerrie asked us to:
Write 15 blog posts
Unless hit by a lightning bolt, or perhaps a coup de foudre, I'll meet this mark on Monday, July 8, at the latest. I write a post a day, sometimes more.
Write 100 comments with 20 of them being the first comment
I write more than 300 comments a month. Here it is July 6 and I've left over 60 comments, with ten or twelve first comments.

Exercise
I work out every morning and sometimes at night if I haven't done anything else in the sports/physical realm during the day. I need to find a new hot yoga class, but in its absence, I do some yoga on my own. My longest run of each week is longer than longest one from the previous week. I'm finally getting back in shape after a two-year setback.
and Write a Midyear Audit Post
Here it is.
- Are you on track?
I'm on track. As I wrote in my May's Cloudburst post, my blogging is focused on market reports and hyperlocal posts, in addition to luxury homes, company listings, and local information about people, places, events and fun. You can find the categories that I blog about in the list of links on the right side of this page.
I'm also on track on the items I described in my Paula's 31- Day Challenge post. I continue to juice several meals a day, with no dairy, wheat or "food" that comes in packaging of any kind. I continue to write personal notes and call significant people in my life every day, and to deliver random acts of kindness.
My business and pipeline is exactly on track, neither ahead nor behind. Consistent with that, I need more listings and am emphasizing that aspect of my business in my prospecting. My social presence is coming together nicely. There's plenty of ongoing work to do, but that's what I expected.
In my Spring Change for my Business post, I wrote:
1. What I will change this spring to benefit my business is to
- hone my blog posts to address items on my target list
- amplify my prospecting on each of my spinning plates
- segment and prioritize target audience time
- kaisen (gradually improve) my "first-touch-to-client" conversion process numbers
2. What I will change this spring to improve my relationships is to
- support my son's path and growth - he has really turned a corner this year!
- emphasize my highest priority relationships by giving them more time and attention
- stop working when it's time to go out, relax or enjoy other people and pursuits
- find new avenues to develop co-creative relationships
Without going into the details on each of these, I am on track in my progress and achievements in each of these eight categories.
