So far this year, overall home sales were at 527 homes sold, a 20% change from this time last year. New Richardson Texas Real Estate listings changed 8% for the same period last year with 166 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 6% change with 719 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 37%, with 144 homes contracted.
