Ryan Homes in Brookside (Warrenton, VA) is Bringing Back the Rambler
Northern Virginia is all about the two story colonial. Bedrooms upstairs. Main level with formal living and dining, kitchen and family room. One level living in a single family home built post 2000, that IS NOT in an active adult community, is a rarity.
After hearing about Ryan's new construction in Warrenton's community of Brookside, I had to take a peek at their rambler for myself. Of course, the on-site sales staff prefers to not call it by the style, but its floor plan name---The Brentwood.
The minute I stepped into the Brentwood, Ryan's new construction rambler style home in Brookside, I was in love. One of the first things I noticed about the Brentwood was the tall ceilings and arched doorways. So differnt that what we are used to seeing in Northern Virginia.
As the model is laid out is exactly the way I'd want it. Instead of having three bedrooms on the main level, it's got two. The Master Suite and a second bedroom. The third bedroom can be switched out for a study, as it is in the model. However, if you add on the optional sunroom, you may not need the study.
The heart of the home is the great room. This is the family room that is open to the kitchen and dining area. This home is all about the way most folks actually live in a home. Of course, if you prefer having a formal dining room, that third bedroom's other option, instead of being a study, is turning it into a formal dining room.
Details are where the Brentwood wins you over. Those arched doorways and soaring ceilings. The second bedroom's cathedral ceiling makes an ordinary room amazing. The light pouring in above the kitchen cabinetry along the very high vaulted wall, is another touch that is simply perfection.
There are options for a basement and even a finished room on the second level with a bathroom. You can really do the Brentwood up and still enjoy all that main level living space.
If you've been looking for a rambler in Bristow and Gainesville, or just want something with main level bedroom that isn't in an active adult community, you should call me and I'll take you through the Brentwood at Brookside. Brookside, while it has a Warrenton address, is not far from Gainesville or Bristow in terms of distance and the community itself offers pools, playgrounds, fishing ponds and even lake access.
Allow me to show you the only new construction home I know of that offers rambler style.
