Sold prices for Twain Harte Real Estate 07-11-2013

95 properties were sold over the last year. These homes and cabins for sale
in the Twain Harte
area sold at an average price of, $191,330 up from
$190,993 and the average listing price rose to $197,114  Included in the list
were 12 Short Sales and 25 foreclosures. In Twain Harte the average marketing
time was 154 days.

The average price of the 125 homes in Sonora that were sold over the last
year f
ell this week to $219,565  from $223,535. This Sonora Real Estate had
a
listings price of $224,332  with an average time on the market of 126 days.
There were 17
Short Sales and 26 foreclosures in the list.

Tuolumne County Real Estate Listings for 07-11-2013

The price of 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage homes for sale in the north
county rose this week to $205,711 from $205,109.
The
listings price on these properties went from $210,257 to $210,473 and
their average days on market were 155.

The number of
homes in Tuolumne County for sale rose to 336 this week,
moving from an average asking price of from $350,298 to $347,584. Their
average time on the market is 10
4 days and 13 are under $130k.

The number of
REO properties for sale rose this week. There are 17
foreclosures listed for sale,
that is roughly 5% of the market. Four are under
$100k. This
bank owned real estate has an average price of $180,411
and has been on the market 6
7 days

24 houses are listed as short sale, that's down from last week and roughly
7% of the market. None are under 100k.
