AVERAGE SOLD PRICE:

 

The Average Sold Price in E Stroudsburg Real Estate Market Trends rose by 16% for June, bringing the Year To Date Average Sold Price in E. Stroudsburg down by.3%.

 

NUMBER OF HOMES SOLD:

 

The Number of Homes Sold in E Stroudsburg PA went UP by 46% to 54 homes for June 2013 versus 37 for June of 2012.  This brings the Year To Date Number of Homes sold in E. Stroudsburg PA to 239, up 32% from 2012

 

The Number of Homes sold in the Poconos overall was up again for June 2013, the 8th month in a row. Good News!

Wow..look at the increase of 46% homes selling in E. Stroudsburg!! Also good is the Absorption rate dropped to 12 months as well as the days on market! With lower inventories you are headed in the right direction!
