A New Way To Earn An Ohio Real Estate License

It just happened last week.  A client of mine commented how she had been thinking about getting a real estate license.  Today, getting your license in Ohio can be a pain in the...well, a pain.  That's because the testing, required ongoing classes and the good seminars are a three hour drive away in Cincy or Columbus.  Thankfully, the drive will soon be as short as a stop in Proctorville.  Next month, Ohio University - Southern, located in Proctorville, will offer the classes needed to take the state exam.
