I May Just Get Shot at One Day

By
Real Estate Agent with David Tracy Real Estate #555994

Lets face it people are not always at their best...especially when they are driving and during a full moon.

Remember that even though you may get angry while driving, it is best you get to your destination alive. Don't try to pass on the left in a double striped no passing zone and most of all be sure there are no oncoming cars like they one that had to ditch their car so as not to collide with you. Also, be sure to be driving the posted 30 MPH and not 50.

If you beep at the driver in front of you; I am sure that sound will be enough to let that person know you are not happy; so all that fore FINGER waving will be unnecessary.

Don't be upset if that person took a picture of your license plate. The police may need the information it provides so that they can identify your body should the other driver carry a gun and is also a nut job.

Bob... that is true. I don't know what was wrong with that woman and why she was in such a hurry.

Yes Yolanda... I have to be really careful too; I tend to say and do dumb things too.

Alan ... No it was not me ... I was the one taking the pictures. And she wanted to give me some birds.... :0)  I just wanted to stay out of her way.

Don't get on a 10 speed someone is liable to run over you. I just don't know what is wrong with people.

Sussie:  And your post is becoming more and more true in more areas across the nation too.  Best to play it safe.  Keep the anger and outrageous reactions bottled as best as possible ... and don't let the frustration show in your speed.  Very wise advice ...

Gene

The more I think about it Gene, the more I think she was just very frustrated and did all those very stupid things. I myself can quickly get angry and I have constantly remind myself that I could get myself shot if I react in a similar manner.

No Bob not a good idea. Best not to do anything; other than note the license plate.

I try to be courteous, but it is frustrating when people have no patience.  They should have left a few minutes earlier! K

Susie-I try to leave early enough to arrive in a non-frazzled state. Traffic jams due to construction, and accidents get people agitated. If people aren't agitated, the level of road rage declines, with the exception of teenagers.

Yes Debbie I did have a bad experience on the road. I am wondering if our area of Texas is not turning hostile while driving.

Kathy I just have to wonder why is everyone is such an all fire hurry?

Wayne, I am fine I always leave early. I am talking about others. Last night I hurried up and got in front of some diver on a merging road. This guy got upset and kept trying to go around me. I slowed down to let him go around but cars kept coming the opposite way. I finally saw an "in" for him so I waved him in. He drove off going about 65 in a 45... in any case. When I finally caught up to him he was talking to a hooker on the side of the road.  :0)   Okay I guess there was a no waiting line there  LOL!
