Donald, looking at the Year to Date statistics it appears Jupiter is on the right track despite inventory, or is it because of same?  It's interesting that market times do not reflect any sense of urgency.

With a mix of single family home compared to second home buyers (condos) the days on market shows the swing. Condos stay on the market longer when listed in the summer that normally sell fast in season and single family homes seem to move fast in summer. Our market in single family mid range price the $500000 range is gone and luxury market in the $2m up seems to be stuck.
