Designed by Scott Miller in 1996, Kierland Golf Club is situated on 225 acres in beautiful North Scottsdale. The Kierland golf course is the back drop for the gorgeous Westin Kierland Resort offering three nine-hole courses: Acacia, Mesquite and Ironwood named for the trees that dominate its landscape. The newest treat to the Kierland area is the Scottsdale Quarter which opened as in the spring of 2009. Scottsdale Quarter is a 28 acre, $270 million project located directly across the street from Kierland Commons. The mixed use facility is going to be roughlyoffers over 273,000 square feet of retail and 102,000 square feet restaurants, 200,000 square feet of offices, about 240 condos and a boutique hotel. Some of the shops and restaurants opened in Scottsdale Quarter area: The Apple Store, Nike, Williams – Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn, the Gap, True Food Kitchen, StingRay, The Herb Garden, Henes & Mauritz and Socrati just to name a few.

Kierland in Scottsdale, Arizona offers a variety of luxury homes and town homes throughout the 730 acre master planned community. You can choose an apartment style community or a town home community (Kierland Greens or Kierland Heritage) which range in price from $300k to $800k. If you prefer a larger single family home you can pick from one of the 400 UDC Homes built around a park within the Kierland Bellaire Subdivision.
