Homes for sale in Dublin CA are in short supply with Dublin CA real estate inventory remaining lower than normal, but increasing since last month. The availability of both attached and single family homes for sale in Dublin CA as of August 2, 2013 shows a total of 42 single family (up from 25 on the same date last month) and 38 attached (up from 34 last month) currently on the market.
