That is a really good looking home.  Just built in Dec 2006 and already in foreclosure is unfortunate but it looks like it could represent a really good deal to a buyer in your area.

Bill-  Thank you!  I really wish I could say I was spending time either here on AR, or on The Pink Couch.

The truth is, I've been slammed with listings like the one above-  I've got about 25 listings in one stage or another.  The bulk of them are foreclosures, and those seem to be a lot more work!  It's bittersweet, really.  I'm thankful for the work, but frustrated that there are only 24 hours in a day-  my blogging has seriously suffered, and I miss all of you!

 

Kimberly-  It is a pretty home.  We're still in the clean up stage, so my pictures are limited- but the setting is gorgeous.  I agree-  it's going to be a good deal for some lucky buyer!
