Last Friday I went to closing with another First Time Maryland Home Buyer who found the perfect home in the Deer Park subdivision in 20904 Silver Spring, MD. We spent a few months house-hunting, looked at about 50 properties, wrote three offers and solved a last-minute-crisis through true team work.
