Just Say "No". It's a complete sentence and deserves no explaination. Okay, that sounds easy enough...just say "no".
So off I go with instructions from my Real Estate Coach, Byron Van Arsdale, that for the next 7 days I have to practice saying "no". One word, complete sentence.
And who am I going to practice on? Who is my guinnea pig? My husband Steve - who was forewarned about my assignment.
Fast forward 7 days...assignment complete. Guess what, saying "no' is not hard, infact it's pretty darn easy. And, you can even say it nicely.
Lesson learned. When I need to say "no" to a client, customer, family member or friend - it will just roll off my tongue! At least I hope so. :)
