Low Cal Veggie Pasta
1 package angel hair pasta cooked al dente
3-4 small baby summer squash sliced small
package fresh mushrooms sliced
4 Roma tomatoes large diced
Red onion slivered, about 1/4 of a sm onion
4-5 fresh cloves of garlic minced
equal parts olive oil and heart smart spread(gives butter taste without it burning,and better for you)
1 small lemon squeezed for juice
1tsp dillweed 1tsp oregano
1tsp basil
fresh ground pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
Sautee all ingredients to desired doneness. Serve over pasta with fresh grated parm/romano cheese and bread. Can also add chicken or any other meat desired.I like with just the veggies, light and yummy!
