I am considering doing a First Time Home-buyers Clinic and am wondering if any of you have done anything like this? I would love to hear your comments, suggestions, content, etc.... I am very interested in helping people find their first home and feel I have a wealth of information to help them find that right place. I am considering having other people there too, like, a loan officer, home inspector, title company, and insurance agent.
I value experiences first. What do you think?

Congratulations and soon you will be your own Todd, promise! It took me awhile to find my voice before the clients started to call. As for the first time home buyers clinics / seminars... I LOVE THEM! They are great and for sure have a mortgage broker there and where ever you do it make sure you have internet so the mortgage broker can pull their credit!
If you educate them and show they can buy today and give them the pre-approval why they are there, they will sign a buyer's agency agreement with you also and you can find them a home rather quickly and they won't ever consider using someone else!
