I REFUSE!!!! I am drawing a line in the sand..... I will not buy into the idea that the market stinks and nobody is making any money and I am at the will of others.

NO!!!!! I refuse to believe it!

I challenge each and every one of you to make that choice as well. Just be persistent and dont give up!

Instead, choose to believe that there is more business out there than you can say Grace over and it is coming my way! Choose to take daily actions consistent with that belief.

We already have what it takes to persist. The dictionary defines persistence as "the act of persisting or persevering; continuing or repeating behavior".persistence image

Persistence will make the difference between no achievement and great achievement. And persistence is available to all who choose it.

The enemy of persistence is that little voice you hear in your head that urges you to give up. When you hear that voice, remember that you don't have to do what it says, and you don't have to fight it either.

Just listen to that voice, thank it for sharing, and then dismiss it. Move forward and you'll quickly be beyond it. Fill your thoughts with what you want instead of what you dont want.

Remember often, with great detail and passion, why you've chosen to do what you're doing. Keep your focus on the goal, and know that by continuing to progress on your journey, one step at a time, you'll get there.

Persistence isn't complicated, and it doesn't require you to uncover some deep, dark, closely guarded secret. You have what it takes if you'll simply choose to do what it takes and persist until the job is done.

So draw your line in the sand, dig your feet in and just say NO to the media that says we are in a state emergency in this market.

Susan, the thing about persistence is, you have to work more to achieve your end result. I think a lot of folks are a little lazy and they don't feel they have to invest that kind of time.

Very true Rob... I believe that is probably the number one difference between Top Producers and agents how are starving. The business is out there.... the question is... are you willing to go get it?
