It's the end of February and the phones are ringing on Cape Cod. The promise of a Beach Home for the summer has the Buyers making the calls... In the last week I have had 3 offers on properties that have been lingering... and although the offers have not all gone to fruition, conversations have started, price reductions are being considered and movers are being contacted. All is hopeful. Saw daffodils peaking thru the soil which just speaks to me of the burgeoning spring market. Happily listing saleable properties and showing buyers opportunities that keep knocking. Seller's who value time and where they are going are listening to the market and making choices to move forward...even if it means not getting the price they want. Some Sellers still stuck in the market of days gone by begin to view their home as the ball and chain, resentments are building and motivations are changing. Buyers have a banquet of properties to view and are looking for extra's... what sets the property apart?
In this market, Buyers are looking for Home Warranties, seller concessions and effortless transactions.
