Is it to much to ask????

I tried to show a listing today for the 2nd time.  No, not a 2nd show, just trying to get in.  The Lock box didn't work the first time.  I called the office and let them know, and called back a few days later to do a 2nd try.  Still the lock box didn't work.  I called the agent and I couldn't believe what she said...."I know, I haven't been able to get into that box for 2 weeks..." Now this place isn't vacant, the family is still there.  I gave her a little advice ( some of it about getting a new job ) and told her we were done with that listing as my client was livid.  The thing is that the problem with the lock box isn't an isolated case.  One of the most important things for showing a house and it doesn't work.  A lot more was said...but I will leave it at this!
