Modular homes are very energy efficient SAVE MONEY on Your Energy Bill

Modular homes are over engineered using the latest construction technology with 20 to 30 percent more lumber compared to stick-built homes. True modular homes are designed to be energy efficient, which will save you money on bills in the future. I have found the homes are built better when the workers are in a controlled environment.

Thanks for the post Greg. My parents are in the process of looking at modulars and I agree that they will save in the long run on not just the cost of the home but their bills will be much lower then they expect. I have been watching the assembly process and I am blown away at how fast they can build a home. Thanks again for the post.

Jim and Maria you are correct. I think people that have any doubt should visit a factory and get a tour to watch them build houses.
