I posted yesterday we were still in a buyers market, remember that's when there are more than 6 months of inventory to sell. There were so many contracts written over the weekend the absorption rate is now 5.79 months of homes, now it's a sellers market!! I AGREE it seems like all the buyers sprung forward and wrote contracts or office phones have been ringing like crazy. Now not all is prefect some areas still show a 10 month supply however I think buyers feel safe getting back in the market.. its still the lower priced homes selling but all is work its way out in the end
