Saturday, I had the pleasure of showing homes to the nicest couple from Florida. They are researching the area and thinking of making the move to Arizona, and like most out of towners, they didn't quite know where to start their home search.

Terravita in North Scottsdale, AZWe explored several different communities such as Fountain Hills and Chandler, but when we were all set and done it was Terravita in North Scottsdale Arizona that seemed to draw them in the most.

I love Terravita and I take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way to show homes up there. It is the perfect place in my opinion if you are looking for an active lifestyle and want to stay in the Scottsdale area. Terravita is a guard gated community situated on 823 acres offering 1380 homes  from 1500 sq ft to 3800 sq ft ranging in price from the mid $300,000 to a over a million. There's a private golf course for residents and non-residents alike, tennis, walking trails, fitness center, pool and restaurant.

A huge part of the Terravita Lifestyle is a calendar of fun-filled events held year-round for all the residents. You have the Season Opening Celebration, Comedy Night, Fashion Shows, Wine Dinners, Wine Tastings, Neighborhood Block Parties and Special Seasonal Traditions.

There is also the "Desert Pavilion" where members can participate in card games such as Poker, Bridge, and Canasta, Book clubs, quilting and many seminars and workshops.

Terravita is a great place to live for the winter visitor or full time resident looking for that fun easy, carefree lifestyle!
